We can deliver your helium balloon inflated or deflated, it’s up to you. If you’re giving the balloon to the recipient straight away, we suggest choosing the ‘Inflated’ delivery option. If you’re ordering your balloon in advance, we suggest choosing the ‘Deflated’ delivery option. Your balloon will arrive in a sealed packet so that you can choose when to inflate it, and it’s free of charge to have your foil helium balloon inflated in-store. Free Foil Helium Balloon Inflation In-Store If you've bought a foil helium balloon online and you'd like us to inflate it, simply take your delivery note and balloon to your nearest Card Factory store and we’ll inflate it for you, free of charge. When purchasing a helium balloon, priced over £2.49 and to be inflated in-store, you are required to purchase a foil weight. The same applies to any Helium Displays to be inflated in-store. Such weights can be added to your web order or purchased in a Card Factory branch upon taking your balloon for inflation. We will provide a free weight when inflating any helium balloon at a cost of £2.49 or less in-store. Please remember to take your delivery note as you’ll need to show this to a member of our team as proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we can't offer free helium balloon inflation in-store if you don't have your delivery note with you. Please note: This balloon may conduct electricity. Do not release the balloon outdoors or near overhead power lines. Do not use a metallic ribbon with the balloon. Use with counterweights. Not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts.
